Goodwill Industries of the Chesapeake to Host Career Fair
BALTIMORE, May 2, 2014 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ — Goodwill Industries of the Chesapeake announced today it will host a job fair at its headquarters in Baltimore on Wednesday, May 7, 2014 as part of its Goodwill Industries Week celebration.
Every year during the first full week of May, Goodwill agencies across the United States and Canada celebrate the power of work through local events and promotions. As part of its mission of providing job training and placement services, Goodwill is hosting the career fair to help local residents find employment.
Employers scheduled to attend: Walmart, Marriott, Tallgrass Talent Group, MD Educational Opportunity Center, Abacus Corporation, Seven-Eleven, Wells Fargo, Baltimore Housing PACE, Dollar General, Harbor Group Management Company, Symphony Placements, C&S Wholesale Grocers, MD Department of Budget and Management-Office of Personnel Services & Benefits, Doubletree BWI, Susquehanna Bank, Providence Center, 1(st) Mariner Bank and Pole to Win America, among others.
