Description:

CACI is now hiring for an OPM-credentialed full-time investigator in Baltimore, MD.

*First priority will be to hire OPM-credentialed investigators but if necessary we will consider potential candidates that need to attending New Investigator Training*

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive interviews with subjects, employers, associates, references, and other knowledgeable individuals and review appropriate records to obtain facts to resolve all material issues in a case or to establish the background, reputation, character, suitability, or qualifications of the subject under investigation
- Document all information and submit a detailed report of investigation within a strict timeline


Required Qualifications:
- A favorable determination based on a single-scoped background investigation from OPM
- Current OPM credentials and 18 months of consecutive OPM experience conducting background investigations
- A sense of mission in support of national security initiatives
- An impeccable work ethic, integrity, and can-do attitude
- A current driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and willingness to travel up to a 100-mile radius daily in support of assignments
- A home office equipped with high-speed Internet (LAN line required as wireless is not unauthorized)
- A personal computer compatible with Microsoft applications (e.g. Word and Excel)
- Ability to pass a mandatory Pre-Employment drug test
- Proven quality, timeliness, and production metrics

Description:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Meet with customers to discuss and record information regarding requests, enhancements, system problems, etc. Gather requirements and information in order to perform proper development, maintenance and enhancements, or in performing testing and/or system analysis.

Develop, maintain and enhance SharePoint content and applications based on the standards and guidelines set-up by office and Coast Guard policy.

Develop SharePoint-based Workflows for logistics business systems applications, test applications under development, and create Test Scripts for users to follow; and include them in the standard installation and update packages.

Work with existing legacy portals and authoritative databases to map features and functionality and migrate content to SharePoint. Create and configure SharePoint sites, pages, and web parts. Create and manage custom programs for websites using various updated and cutting edge technologies.

Provide training to a team of Government developers creating and converting logistics business system Applications to SharePoint (version 2010 or greater). Development team will consist of no more than 5 individuals and classroom training as well as on-the-job training in SharePoint.


Required Qualifications:

Experience developing SharePoint 2010 applications using custom Web Parts, custom master pages, features and site definitions.
Experience packaging and deploying SharePoint solutions.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline and five to seven years of related experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Web, Database, and Application Design, Development, and Implementation of moderate to complex systems.

Strong knowledge of Web-related technologies and techniques including but not limited to: Net, C#, MS SharePoint, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, XML, XSDL, XHTML, CSS and additional Web-standard scripting languages and techniques.

Must be a U.S. Citizen and have Current DOD Secret clearance or DHS equivalent.

Desired Qualifications:
Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD): SharePoint Applications, or
Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE): SharePoint, or
Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP): SharePoint Administrator 2010, or
Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS): Microsoft SharePoint 2010, Application Development, or
MCTS: Microsoft SharePoint 2010, Configuring.
Knowledge or experience with the U.S. Coast Guard.
Working knowledge of SFLC logistics processes/procedures as practiced by Product Lines and Support Divisions
